Boston starter Colin Marko pitched well against the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park. The right-hander led his team to a win, 8-3. With the win, Boston upped its record to 80-67.
Michael Lindstrom, the 2093 Rookie of the Year Award winner , had a direct impact on the outcome. Lindstrom contributed a 2-run single in the top of the third inning to put Boston up, 2-0.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Marko.
