Houston Astros starter Mark Gaither hurled his team past the Las Vegas Hustle, 3-2. With the win, the Astros have a record of 75-74.

Aaron Bruckerhoff, the 32-year old second baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Bruckerhoff contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the fourth inning to put Houston up, 3-2.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Gaither.
