Milwaukee first baseman Dennis Schickel was sensational. He was 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 4. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Colorado beat the Brewers, 10-7. The Rockies, at 84-69, have now won 4 straight.

Danny Lindblom, who leads the NL with a 1.105 OPS, helped out the Colorado cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a 2-run triple. For the game, the third baseman was 2 for 4 with a triple and a walk, while adding 2 RBI.

Lindblom said, "Whether you hit the ball hard, you walk, you have a long at-bat, 10 or 12 pitches, or you hit a homer, you're just trying to do anything you can do to help the team win."
