Astros Roll to 11-1 Win Over Nationals
The Houston Astros went home winners at Minute Maid Park, thanks in large part to starter Mark Gaither. Gaither stifled the Washington Nationals, enabling Houston to grab the 11-1 win. Houston has now won 3 in a row.

Erik Ellsworth dealt the Nationals a blow in the bottom of the second. Batting with the bases loaded and Houston trailing 1-0, Ellsworth, who finished 4th in the AL in hits with 176 last year, hit a 1-0 fastball for a 2-run single.

"It was full throttle on our side," said Ellsworth.
