The Las Vegas Hustle picked up a win at Las Vegas Ballpark, dropping the Arizona Diamondbacks, 6-5. Jimmy Bruder, who finished 5th in the NL in strikeouts with 218 in 2111, was the difference-maker. Alex Casillas, credited with the win in relief, is now 1-10. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 1 innings. The Hustle now own a record of 56-99.

Had Brian Fielder not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 2nd, Fielder hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 6-5, in favor of the Hustle.

"We're not exactly playing great right now," said Terrell Bailey, the Arizona manager.
