Strickland Hits 2 home runs in Hustle Win
Las Vegas first baseman Chris Strickland made his presence felt in the 9-4 Hustle triumph over the San Francisco Giants. Strickland was 3-5 with 2 home runs and a triple. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Las Vegas occupies first place in the National League West Division at 97-60.

Las Vegas first baseman Lorenzo Rivas contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With two down, he hit a curveball to left field for a 2-run single. It was his 45th hit of the season and put the Hustle ahead, 6-3.

"We maximized our offense today," said Las Vegas skipper Larry Robinson. "That makes everyone's life easier."
