The Mobile BayBears opened their 2110 season with a disappointing 7-5 loss to the Biloxi Shuckers at Hank Aaron Stadium. First Baseman Jon Prieto was a big part of the win for Biloxi. He went 3-5 with a double and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs. Josh Bossow finished to wrap up his 1st save.

Frank Quinones went 1-1 with a double and 2 walks for Biloxi. The 23-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the top of the fifth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 4-4 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Danny Cruz. It was his 1st RBI of the season.

"Winning never gets dull," said Prieto.
