Biscuits Get 3-1 Win Versus Mississippi
Montgomery got a first-rate effort from pitcher Steven Wenger, who frustrated Mississippi hitters en route to a 3-1 Biscuits triumph at Trustmark Park. Ken Brusky wrapped it up, recording his 2nd save. The Biscuits, now 4-1, have been playing some good baseball.

Montgomery used a well-timed hit by Jordan Suazo to capture the win. The designated hitter socked a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Biscuits ahead, 3-1. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.

"Steven pitched his heart out," said Montgomery manager George Woolbright.
