Chattanooga third baseman Javy Flores was sensational. He was 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Pensacola beat the Lookouts, 7-6. Josh Pogue earned the save for Pensacola, his 2nd. The loss drops Chattanooga to 3-4.

Greg Myers was 1-4 with a triple and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Pensacola. The 23-year old second baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 6-6 tie with a run-scoring walk off Edgar Gomez. It was his 4th walk of the season.
