Generals Suffer 3-2 Setback
The Montgomery Biscuits faced a tough opponent in Jackson pitcher Jesus Cruz, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium by a final score of 3-2 in 11 innings. Cruz went 7 innings and allowed no runs. Jackson falls to 3-6.

The Biscuits got a clutch hit from second baseman Adam Druen. In the bottom of the 11th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Biscuits.

"This game was intense," Druen said, postgame.
