Streaking Biscuits Win Another One, 7-6
|
The Montgomery Biscuits turned back the Mobile BayBears, 7-6, at Hank Aaron Stadium. Huai-yu Zhang, in particular, had a fine performance. He went 2-2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The Biscuits, now 10-3, have been sizzling early on.
Montgomery used a well-timed hit by Brad Duncan to capture the win. The right fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Biscuits ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.
"I give credit to my teammates for this win. We got it done," Duncan told the Montgomery Daily.
