Tennessee turned a good effort from starter Nick Kress into a win over the Jackson Generals at The Ballpark at Jackson. The final score was 5-1. Kress, the winner, moves to 2-3. He threw 6.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 2 walks. Jackson has now lost 4 straight.
