Dresch Pops Two Homers in 11-6 Win for Pensacola
Behind the bravura of second baseman Josh Dresch, the Pensacola Blue Wahoos topped the Biloxi Shuckers by the score of 11-6. Dresch went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 5 for the Blue Wahoos. Steve Cates came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits in 4 innings. His record now stands at 5-3. Pensacola now owns a record of 31-24.

Pensacola grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Dresch hit a 3-run home run. His 6th home run of the season put the Blue Wahoos out in front, 8-5.

"This isn't football or hockey where you can overwhelm your opponents," Dresch told the Pensacola Daily News. "Everyone gets 27 outs and we happened to make the most of them."
