Montgomery Biscuits starter Adam Walker pitched a strong game against the Mississippi Braves at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium, leading the Biscuits to victory, 7-4. The winner was Walker. He threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball. The loser was Rafael de Jesus. Josh Cruff earned save number 4 this season.

The Biscuits got a big at-bat from first baseman Andy Molina. For the game, Molina was 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 9th home run of the season gave Montgomery a 2-0 lead.
