The Birmingham Barons beat the Montgomery Biscuits, 12-7, at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium. The Barons got a fine performance from shortstop Alex Reyes, who was 2 for 2 with a double and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Juan Galvan, the winner, is now 6-6. He struck out 5 and walked 1 over 5 innings, while allowing 5 runs on 9 hits. Taylor Phillips closed it out for his 1st save.
