Scallini Propels Biloxi Offense in 10-3 Rout
The Biloxi Shuckers beat the Mississippi Braves at MGM Park. The final score was 10-3, in favor of Biloxi. Tony Scallini led the way, going 3-for-4 for the home team. Bobby Olivares was credited with the save, his 1st in 1 tries. With the win over Mississippi, the Shuckers improved to 54-47.

With Biloxi leading 3-2 in the bottom of the third, Scallini hit a sinker from Chris Gordon for a 2-run home run. It was his 15th home run of the season and put the Shuckers ahead, 5-2.

"That was not our best effort," said Mississippi skipper Scott Oaks.
