Guardians Drop Braves, 6-2
|
Reed Harris was superb against Atlanta. The right-hander, who finished 5th in the AL in saves with 26 last year, had a changeup that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Guardians victory. The score was 6-2. With the loss, Atlanta drops to 1-3.
The Guardians had to work out of trouble in the top of the ninth. The score was 6-2, Cleveland, with one out. Atlanta, with the bases loaded, was mounting a threat. Adam Brading dug in at the plate, but on a 3-1 fastball, he popped out.
