The Biloxi Shuckers and Tennessee Smokies played an entertaining game for MGM Park patrons.

Biloxi Shuckers starter Israel Sanchez pitched a strong game against the Tennessee Smokies at MGM Park, leading the Shuckers to victory, 6-5. The Shuckers, at 55-50, sit in second place in the North Division.

Jose Montanez had a clutch at-bat with two out in the bottom of the sixth for the Shuckers. Coming up with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Biloxi trailing 5-4, he hit a 2-run single.

"I was trying to do what I do, go out there and compete," said Sanchez.
