Kristensen Swings Blue Wahoos to 14-6 Win
The rain did not keep Pensacola and Tennessee from finishing their game.

Pensacola shortstop Fredrik Kristensen contributed significantly to his team's 14-6 win over the Tennessee Smokies. Kristensen went 2 for 3 with 3 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Blue Wahoos. Raul Espinosa got the win, improving to 9-6. He pitched 6.1 innings, giving up 8 hits and 6 runs, while striking out 6 and walking 2.

Johnny Johnson took Tennessee hurler Lorenzo Llamas deep in the bottom of the first. His 2-run home run put the Blue Wahoos on top, 2-0. In all, Johnson had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 5.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Johnson told the Pensacola Herald.

The Blue Wahoos, now 78-44, have won 4 in a row.
