Miller Excels, But Biscuits Win
The Montgomery Biscuits withstood a fine game by Pensacola second baseman Jared Miller at Five County Stadium, to upend the Blue Wahoos, 7-6. Miller was 3-3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The third-place Biscuits have a record of 76-63.

In the top of the fifth, Montgomery shortstop Jose de la Rosa had a productive at-bat. With runners on 1st and 2nd and two out, de la Rosa stroked a run-scoring single to center. It made the score 5-4, Montgomery. For the game, he went 1-5.

"Winning is the only objective," said de la Rosa after the game.
