Storm Triumphant, 5-4, at LoanMart Field
The Lake Elsinore Storm had to overcome a big game from Rancho Cucamonga center fielder Steve Lewison to leave LoanMart Field with a victory. And they did, winning, 5-4. Lewison was 2-4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Josh Rhodes recorded his 3rd save for Lake Elsinore. The triumph puts Lake Elsinore at 31-28 for the season.

Lake Elsinore used a clutch at-bat from Alex Sagastume to capture the win. The first baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Storm ahead, 5-3. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"We found a way to get it done," Sagastume said.
