Late Magic Gets Lake Elsinore 5-4 Win
The Lake Elsinore Storm faced a tough opponent in High Desert pitcher Mario Vega, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Lake Elsinore Diamond by a final score of 5-4. Vega went 6.2 innings and allowed 3 runs. Lake Elsinore pitcher Young-chul Hyoun got the win, upping his record to 1-1. Matt Wilczynski got the loss. The 'W' lifts Lake Elsinore's record to 33-46.

Nick Spielman was the walk-off hero for Lake Elsinore. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Storm left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place was rocking at the end," Spielman said.
