The Lancaster JetHawks got a good effort from starter Angel Morales in defeating the High Desert Mavericks at Stater Bros. Stadium. The final score was 2-1. Picking up his 6th save was 24-year old right-handed pitcher Donnie Edwards. The JetHawks win now puts them at 35-45.

Danny Hartey had a direct impact on the outcome. Hartey contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the second inning to put Lancaster up, 2-0.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Hartey.
