The Lake Elsinore Storm did just enough to secure a victory over the Stockton Ports, 5-4, in 12 innings at Banner Island Ballpark. Nobody did more than pitcher Shane Coleman. The Storm raised their record to 46-39.

Lake Elsinore won the game in part because of Miguel Mondragon. The first baseman ripped a run-scoring double in the top of the 12th inning to put the Storm ahead, 5-4. For the game, Mondragon had 1 double and 1 home run in 6 at-bats.

"Winning is all that really matters and we got it done today," Mondragon told the Lake Elsinore Times.
