The Bakersfield Blaze overcame a good performance by Stockton center fielder David Alejandro to knock off Stockton, 10-4, at Banner Island Ballpark. Alejandro went 4-4 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. The Blaze move to 51-54 with the win, while the Ports drop to 45-60.

In the top of the sixth, Bakersfield first baseman Felipe Miranda had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and two out, Miranda stroked a run-scoring single to center. It made the score 6-3, Bakersfield. For the game, he went 1 for 4 with a hit by pitch.
