Lancaster JetHawks starter Jaden Houston was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the San Jose Giants, 6-2. The victory gives Lancaster a record of 64-55.

The Giants had been locked in a 2-2 tie with the JetHawks going into the bottom of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 23-year old right fielder Ludovic Giugino came to the plate. Giugino hit a 2-run double on a 0-1 forkball from San Jose hurler Jeff Young. It was Giugino's 13th double of the year.

"Jaden was the difference maker. He was emotionally under control, had good stuff and makeup," said Lancaster manager Jose Gomez.
