Lancaster turned a good effort from starter Aaron Jernigan into a win over the Inland Empire 66ers at The Hanger. The JetHawks won the game, 7-1. Lancaster raised its record to 71-58 with the win.

Jernigan, who is tied for 9th in the CAL in complete games with 2, pitched a complete game for Lancaster. Jernigan surrendered 7 hits over 9 innings and struck out 7. With the win, he moves to 7-5 on the season.

"Aaron gave us a really big performance," said Lancaster manager Jose Gomez.
