Lepe goes 4-for-5 to Fuel White Sox Offense
The Chicago White Sox clobbered the Houston Astros, 11-3, at Minute Maid Park. Leading the onslaught was Leo Lepe. He was 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4 for Chicago. Alfredo Cortez picked up the win, lifting his record to 4-0 on the season. He struck out 5 and walked 0 in 6 innings, while yielding 2 runs. The win takes Chicago to 21-6.

In the top of the sixth, the White Sox grabbed the lead when Lepe hit his 8th home run of the season. The 2-run home run off Luis Rodas made it 4-2, Chicago.
