Batista Electric in 6-0 Win Sunday, June 2nd, 2058 The Norfolk Tides rolled to an easy 6-0 win over the Lehigh Valley IronPigs at Harbor Park today. Leading the way to victory was starter Alex Batista, who shackled the Lehigh Valley IronPigs and held them scoreless on a 3-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Batista said in his postgame press conference. Batista has taken the mound for no relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 3-5 record with a 2.58 ERA.
