League Suspends Simms and Goulet for Brawl Tuesday, June 5th , 2096 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Fresno-Tacoma contest at Chukchansi Park. The Grizzlies Josh Simms and the Rainiers Justin Goulet will have to sit out 4 and 9 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. Simms is currently hitting at a .247 pace with 14 home runs and 32 RBIs. His record for the year is 0-2 in 2 starts and Goulet has a 10.80 ERA. |
