Hartford's Leon EL's Best Monday, July 26th, 2066 At the age of 29, Miguel Leon might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Hartford right fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .667 batting average. For his efforts Leon collected the Eastern League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 12 hits in 18 at-bats, 8 home runs and 16 RBIs last week in 5 games. Currently Leon has 27 home runs and a .252 batting average. |
