Langan Razor-Sharp, Shuts Out Mobile Friday, August 1st , 2110 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Mobile BayBears as starter Jason Langan shut them out, 5-0, at Hank Aaron Stadium. The Mississippi pitcher struck out 7 and walked 3 while allowing 4 hits. "Langan was good but he wasn't flawless," Mobile manager Corey Olsen said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Mississippi, but this is on us."
