August's Premier Batter Announced Friday, September 1st, 2051 At only 23 years of age, Dustin Dunigan could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Midland RockHounds, as August was one to remember for the first baseman and he has captured the Texas League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .356 with 11 home runs, 28 RBIs and 27 runs scored. Dunigan is hitting .331 this year with 47 home runs, 124 RBIs and 116 runs scored. He has 166 hits in 502 at-bats, 80 walks and a .427 on-base percentage. Dunigan has played in 132 games. |
