TEX Announces Best Player Award
Tuesday, October 5th, 2066
The manager of the Corpus Christi Hooks said he thinks Brian Inman is only going to get better as he gets older.

He may only be 25, but it will be hard to top the second baseman's 2066 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the Texas League Most Valuable Player Award.

His winning campaign featured a .279 batting average and a .415 on-base percentage this year. In 127 games he piled up 117 hits, 20 doubles, 1 triple, 30 home runs, 95 RBIs and 78 runs scored.

He received 7 first place votes out of a possible 8. Jorge Escamilla of the Corpus Christi Hooks finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Salvador Musquiz of the Arkansas Travelers finished third.
