Stasio Goes 5-for-6 Sunday, September 8th, 2052 A jubilant Will Stasio joined the postgame press conference at Arvest Ballpark today to offer some unusual words of encouragement -- for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals pitching staff he had just vanquished. "It may not have looked like it," said the Arkansas Travelers center fielder, "but I saw some awful good pitches today. If luck hadn't been on my side it might have turned out a lot different." That would not have been the conclusion of anyone who saw his dominant 5-for-6 hitting performance, which led the Travelers to a 9-7 win. "He made it look easy," said Estevan Velazquez, manager of the Naturals. "We never figured out what to do with him. Obviously." Will Stasio hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Danny Cleland in the 6th, singled in the 7th, flied out in the 10th and hit a solo-shot off Victor Curiel in the 12th.
