High Desert-Visalia Fight Results in Suspensions Sunday, May 5th , 2115 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's High Desert-Visalia contest at Stater Bros. Stadium. The Mavericks Dustin Newell and the Rawhide Jim Unknown will have to sit out 4 and 8 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. This year, Newell has hit at a .273 pace and produced 1 RBIs, no home runs and scored 2 runs. |
