Noto Rips 3 HR Friday, June 6th , 2098 Every now and then, everything just comes together. Corey Noto discovered that today at Lake Elsinore Diamond, as he smashed three home runs during the 8-4 Lake Elsinore Storm win over the Stockton Ports. "I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Lake Elsinore right fielder said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it." Noto finished the day with 4 hits in 4 at-bats and 3 RBIs. Corey Noto hit a solo-shot off Phil Parker in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Danny Hudson in the 5th and hit a solo-shot off Danny Hudson in the 7th. This year Noto has hit at a .312 clip with 38 RBIs, 14 home runs and 38 runs scored. |
