The Rancho Cucamonga center fielder wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .444 average (12-for-27) with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. So far in 2110 Mateo is batting .332 with 19 home runs, 74 RBIs and 47 runs scored. He has 98 hits in 295 at-bats and a .393 OBP. |
