Rawhide Adrian Vazquez Hurt Tuesday, April 22nd , 2092 When Adrian Vazquez was hurt against the San Jose Giants, the Visalia Rawhide were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 24-year-old third baseman suffered a severely strained hip muscle running the bases in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Vazquez would miss 4-5 months of the season. This year Vazquez is hitting .306 with no home runs and 3 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .359 clip and scored 2 runs. |
