Stone Crabs, Pichardo Stonewall Palm Beach, 4-0 Friday, May 10th, 2058 Jorge Pichardo shut out the Palm Beach Cardinals 4-0 on a 2-hit masterpiece for the Charlotte Stone Crabs at Roger Dean Stadium today. "He was kind of teasing them with his off-speed stuff, and his fastball was moving everywhere," Charlotte skipper Raphael Ramirez said afterward. Pichardo registered 7 strikeouts and issued 2 walks in pitching a gem. "We just didn't swing the bats very well. Or else he just pitched good, whichever way you want to look at it," said Palm Beach manager Toby Spack after the defeat.
