Chartrand Picks up SAL Monthly Pitching Honor Sunday, June 1st, 2059 Branson Chartrand was pure magic coming out of the Suns bullpen in May. For his outstanding performance, he picked up the South Atlantic League Pitcher of the Month award. Chartrand posted a 5-1 mark and a 2.45 ERA in no relief appearances. In 33 innings, he allowed 21 hits, totaled no saves with 42 strikeouts and 19 walks. Chartrand has taken the hill for no relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 7-2 record with a 2.87 ERA. The Hagerstown reliever has limited opposing batters to a .185 batting average. |
