Reds Not Competitive in 7-0 Loss to Spokane
Monday, June 29th , 2082
Today was J.J. Renaud's turn in the rotation for the Spokane Indians and he made the most of it, shutting out the Cincinnati (SS-A) Reds on 2 hits.
The 19-year-old right-hander led the Indians to an easy 7-0 victory, allowing 2 walks and tallying 6 strikeouts.
"I hope we miss him next time," Cincinnati (SS-A) manager Ramon Colima said. "Renaud certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds."
