Davis Goes 6-for-6 Monday, July 23rd , 2108 It was a parade of hits for Ethan Davis of the Johnson City Cardinals at Howard Johnson Field. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Davis finished the day with a total of 6 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Cardinals to a win, 7-6. "Davis was really good and we were really bad," groaned Pirates manager Jason de Jong. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Ethan Davis hit an RBI triple in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, singled in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 10th.
