Barr 5-for-6 for Burlington Tuesday, August 12th , 2098 Fans at Burlington Athletic Stadium got to see not only a home-team victory today, but also one of the most impressive feats of hitting of the season. The Burlington Royals outplayed the Pulaski Yankees en route to a 19-2 win, but the standout was right fielder Jack Barr. Barr netted 5 hits in 6 at-bats and finished with a dynamite game line. "Hey, we tried everything we could think of to get him out," Yankees manager Matt Aguilar said in postgame comments. "We threw everything but the kitchen sink against him and he hit it. Maybe we should've thrown the sink, too." Jack Barr doubled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, singled in the 6th and grounded out in the 7th.
