Princeton-Boston (Rk+) Fight Results in Suspensions Thursday, September 4th , 2098 Eric Fowler of the Princeton Rays and David Diaz of the Boston (Rk+) Red Sox will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 9 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Rays-Red Sox game at H.P. Hunnicutt Field. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Fowler and Diaz will begin serving them soon. Fowler is currently batting .219 with 1 home run, 3 RBIs and 5 runs scored. He has 7 hits in 32 at-bats. This season Diaz has recorded 1 save with a 1-1 record. He's made 18 relief appearances, tossed 46 innings while fanning 54 with a 2.74 ERA. |
