Cole Takes Charge, Blanks Billings Monday, August 27th, 2057 T.J. Cole had an impressive outing at Black Diamonds Ballpark today, hurling the Texas (Rk+) Rangers to a 6-0 shutout victory over the Billings Mustangs. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Billings skipper Alex Speas said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." On the day, the left-handed Cole yielded 7 hits and tallied 8 strikeouts with 1 walk.
