July's AL Batter of Month Award Announced Thursday, August 1st, 2041 New York first baseman Sam Hicks took home the American League Batter of the Month Trophy for July. He put up some solid numbers, including a .372 batting average and .463 on-base percentage with 29 hits, 11 home runs, 26 RBIs and 23 runs scored. Currently Hicks is batting .305 with 27 home runs and 80 RBIs. |
