More Woes for Blue Jays Alvaro Garcia Wednesday, April 24th , 2109 Toronto reliever Alvaro Garcia has suffered a setback in his recovery from a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. According to Blue Jays officials, he will be out of action for 8 weeks. "Doctors are concerned with the rate of healing and have decided that Garcia will need additional time in rehab before he will be cleared to play," one team spokesman explained to reporters. |
