Kok Smashes 3 Homers for Kansas City
Wednesday, May 21st, 2059
It was a good day for the Kansas City Royals and an exceptional one for Noel Kok. The 27-year-old first baseman sent three bombs out of the park to help the Royals beat the Texas Rangers 7-4 at Globe Life Park in Arlington.

"When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Kok said when asked about his performance later. "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day."

For the day, he scored 3 times, drove in 5 runs and smacked 3 hits in 4 at-bats.

Noel Kok hit a two-run home run off Jeremy Kisler in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Jeremy Kisler in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off James Morse in the 7th.

This year Kok has collected a .400 batting average to date with 52 hits in 130 at-bats, 25 RBIs, 9 home runs and scored 23 times. He has played in 35 games.
