DePriest Electric in 3-0 St. Louis Win Thursday, May 22nd, 2059 David DePriest of the St. Louis Cardinals toyed with the Los Angeles Dodgers today, blanking them 3-0 at Busch Stadium. He was almost untouchable, baffling them on a 2-hit shutout with 12 strikeouts and 1 walk. "I'm sweating now because it's hot in here," DePriest said in the clubhouse after the game.
